Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the coaching, consulting, and implementation services provided by EF Collective LLC, dba Clove Strategies. By engaging in these services, you agree to the following terms.

2. Services

• Consulting Services provide strategic discussions and tailored advice. These are typically one-off sessions unless ongoing support is required.

• Implementation Support assists with task execution related to business strategy. If external expertise is needed, referrals may be provided.

• Coaching Services include a Discovery Session followed by Ongoing Continuum Coaching, where goals are revisited, and progress is tracked.

3. Payment & Fees

• All fees are outlined before services begin.

• Payment is due prior to scheduled sessions unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Late payments may result in delayed or canceled services.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Client Cancellations: Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice to avoid being charged in full.

• Coach Cancellations: If I need to cancel, we will reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

• No-Shows: Missed sessions without prior notice will not be refunded.

5. Commitment & Expectations

• Coaching is a collaborative process that requires active participation from both parties.

• I provide guidance and tools, but client success depends on personal commitment and follow-through.

• Coaching is not therapy, legal, or financial advice. If additional expertise is needed, referrals will be made.

6. Confidentiality

• All discussions remain confidential unless required by law or explicitly agreed upon by both parties.

7. Termination of Services

• Either party may choose to discontinue coaching or consulting services with written notice.

• If the client has prepaid for sessions, a refund will be issued for any unused sessions, minus a processing fee if applicable.

8. Liability

• While every effort is made to provide valuable insight and strategies, results are not guaranteed.

• EF Collective LLC, dba Clove Strategies, is not liable for any business outcomes, decisions, or losses resulting from coaching, consulting, or implementation services.

9. Agreement

By engaging in coaching, consulting, or implementation support, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
